For the past 7 years I've worked as a producer and creative strategist in the fields of social enterprise, science, technology, and international development. I've produced countless short-form miscellaneous and promotional videos for a variety of individuals and organizations and have had films screened in festivals around the world. To date, I've held screenings at the San Francisco Ocean Film Festival, the Hong Kong International Film Festival, the Puerto Rico International Film Festival, and the Culture Unplugged Online Film festival. In my spare time, I'm a social media consultant specializing in campaign strategy & analytics as well as an adventure photographer/filmmaker specializing in rock-climbing, ice-climbing, and motorcycle sport.
Ryan Brown is a music producer and recording engineer based out of New Orleans, LA. With a decade of experience in the music business, his credits include multiple Grammy-winning artists. In addition to music production at The Music Shed Studios, he has also worked on national television broadcast teams, film and television scores, and post-production sound. He has served as a technical and acoustics consultant for multiple studio build-outs, live venue AV systems, and art gallery installations. With a background in classical piano, he also plays organ, guitar, bass, and accordion, working with bands ranging from traditional jazz to indie rock.
Martin is a trilingual multimedia journalist based out of Austin, Texas. His work has been published in The New York Times, The Dallas Morning News, The Texas Tribune, The Austin American-Statesman, News Photographer Magazine, and elsewhere.
As part of the Carnegie-Knight News 21 Initiative and at the invitation of Arizona State University in Phoenix, Martin is contributing visual elements for this year’s investigative “Weed Rush” project examining marijuana legalization nationwide.
Chris McMorrow is a producer-photographer specializing in international development with a focus on climate change and the environment. Mr. McMorrow has held long-term consultancies with the UNFCCC, World Bank, World Bank Institute, and Creative Associates International. He began his career with HGTV and National Geographic and mastered sound for three feature-length documentaries.
Chris has an M.A. in Film from American University, where he taught a fundamentals course in the Audio Technology Department, and video production for the University's New Media Center. He also held a multimedia production workshop for an online newsmagazine in Moscow in 2013.
Restless Productions is a collective of film, photo, and web development professionals with backgrounds in social entrepreneurship, international development, and political advocacy, whose work has been aired by international broadcasters, shown at high-level conferences, and shared on social media.
